Boats sail on the rivers,
And ships sail on the seas;
But clouds that sail across the sky
Are prettier than these.
There are bridges on the rivers,
As pretty as you please;
But the bow that bridges heaven,
And overtops the trees,
And builds a road from earth to sky,

এবং সমুদ্রে জাহাজ চলে;
কিন্তু আকাশে ভেসে বেড়ানো মেঘ
এদের চেয়েও সুন্দর।
নদীর উপর সেতু আছে,

Activity 8(a): Paragraph on a Rainbow Scene

In the late afternoon, just after a heavy shower, the sky became surprisingly clear. As I looked out of my window, I saw a magnificent rainbow arching across the sky. It was a perfect semi-circle with vibrant bands of violet, indigo, blue, green, yellow, orange, and red. It seemed to build a magical bridge from one end of the town to the other. Seeing such a beautiful sight filled my heart with joy and wonder.

Standing on the old wooden bridge, I looked down at the scene below. A gentle river flowed peacefully, its clear water sparkling in the sunlight. Small fish darted around the mossy stones near the bank. A few colorful boats were tied to a post, bobbing slightly with the current. I could see the reflection of the green trees and the blue sky on the water's surface, making it a perfectly serene and beautiful view.
